A very rare 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO Series I is currently offered for sale in the United States for a whopping 41 million USD.
After another 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO has been sold back in June for 35 million USD, another Italian supercar from the same model is currently looking for a new owner. If you’re living in the United States and you’re looking for a new and exclusive ride, than this might be the news for you because a very rare 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO Series I is on sale. The owner of the supercar is hoping to fetch 41 million USD for the ride, which is in exceptional condition.
As a quick reminder, only 36 units of the Ferrari 250 GTO were ever made and the model has been produced between 1962 and 1964, recently becoming the most expensive car ever after fetching a whopping 35 million USD. The Ferrari 250 GTO is coming as a Berlinetta, with a 3.0 liter V12 engine developing a total output of 300 horsepower, mated to a five-speed manual transmission. The Ferrari 250 GTO is weighing 1,100 kg and it’s riding on a wheelbase of 2,400 mm long. The 250 GTO has been replaced by the 288 GTO, but even if only 39 units were made, this is definitely one of the most beautiful cars ever made.
