The 1998 Ferrari F300, which was driven by Michael Schumacher 38 times in the season, has been sold for a whopping 1.7 million USD, at the Barrett-Jackson auction.

The 1998 Ferrari F300 is number three out of a total produced for the ’98 season and it’s powered by a 3.0 liter V10 engine, which is producing a whopping 805 HP, available at 17,500 rpm, with the redline standing at 18,000 rpm. The unit is mated to a seven-speed button-shift transmission. The amount for which the Formula 1 car signed by Ferrari has found a new owner is 1.7 million USD. Keep in mind that Michael Schumacher is in a medically induced coma and listed in a stable condition, after a skiing accident.
