If Aliens came to inhabit Earth they would definitely check out the 400 hp power appealing, despite the hefty price tag.
We’re not going to discuss the Inferno’s design all over again – everyone is entitled to its own opinion and the people from Earth are as diverse as it gets, so there’s a big chance somebody out there will really love this piece of… “art”. While we believe the designer to be 12 years and crazed by the countless hours of Need for Speed customization – so we granted no chance of success to the production, it appears the Inferno is the real deal. In the words of the company’s marketing director, Manuel Llaguno, the supercar will reach production status before the end of the year.
Developed in Mexico, this quirky supercar will be manufactured in Italy with the first eleven examples bearing the “First Edition” title. And if you thought nobody would buy them – we were as well surprised to find out eight of those have already been pre-sold at an estimated €1.9 million (about $2.14M). It’s pricier than a Lambo Centenario and for the money the owner will receive a biturbo V8 engine with a mind-bending 1,400 horsepower (1,044 kilowatts) and 1,125 pound-feet (1,523 Newton meters) of torque, good for a 60 mph sprint in just 2.7 seconds.
