A Lamborghini Murcielago supercar has been recently crashed in Las Vegas by a Ford Taurus which ran a red light.
We have always said here on inautonews.com that where ever there will be exotic cars there will also be exotic car crashes and the latest example of such an unfortunate incident is coming all the way from Las Vegas, where a Lamborghini Murcielago has definitely seen better days. Whenever writing about supercar crashes we are used to believing that the whole fault was the reckless driver who pushed the gas pedal too hard and ruined his / her ride.
But this isn’t the case here and in fact this Lamborghini Murcielago in question has been crashed by a Ford Taurus which ran a red light. The crash happened not too long ago in Las Vegas, NV. No additional details are being known and we don’t have any info on the two drivers.
As a quick reminder, the Lamborghini Murcielago LP640 has been officially presented to the public back in 2006, during the Geneva Motor Show. The model is getting a 6.5 liter engine under its hood which is producing a total output of 640 PS (631 HP / 471 kW) at 8,000 rpm. The price for the Italian supercar in the United States was set at 318,800 USD MSRP.
