The German based automaker Audi has recently announced that the 2012 RS4 Avant has been launched in the United Kingdom, where the model has a starting price of 54,925 GBP on the road.
According to the car manufacturer, deliveries of the 2012 Audi RS4 Avant will begin this autumn and the model is still getting the all-round standard disk brakes covered by the 19-inch alloy wheels, the cruise control, the sports seats or the satellite navigation system and many others. As an option, bucket seats will be available, along with aluminum accents and the multi-function leather wrapped steering wheels.
The 2012 Audi RS4 Avant is powered by the company’s hand built 4.2 liter V8 engine, which is producing a total output of 444 horsepower and 430 Nm of torque (318 lb-ft), allowing the powerful estate to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds, before reaching an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph). the speed limiter in the 2012 Audi RS4 Avant can be removed and the top speed increased to 280 km/h (174 mph). The engine in the RS4 Avant is mated to a seven-speed S tronic transmission, which is sending power to the Quattro all-wheel drive system.
