2012 Citroen C3 launched in Australia image

The French based automaker Citroen has recently announced the arrival of the 2012 C3 model in Australia, which is coming with some interesting standard features, such as the Zenith panoramic windscreen.

According to the car manufacturer, the 2012 Citroen C3 will be available in a single trim level in Australia, and the starting price of the model has been set at 23,990 AUD on the road. Citroen says that the 2012 C3 model range will include a choice of three engines, even if the vehicle is available in just one trim level. The base model will be equipped with a 1.4 liter unit, which is developing a total output of 72 horsepower and it has a peak torque of 118 Nm, while the other choice will be a 1.6 liter engine, which will generate a total output of 118 horsepower and it will have a peak torque of 160 Nm.

Diesel lovers will be able to order the 1.6 liter HDI unit, which has been slightly revised and it’s now coming with 91 horsepower, for a starting price of 24,990 AUD. Just like we said above, the 2012 Citroen C3 in Australia will come with the Zenith panoramic windscreen, which is covering a part of the roof, giving the small model an airy ambiance, thanks to its size, which is about 36 percent bigger than the standard windscreen.
