The French based automaker Citroen has recently announced the starting price for the 2012 DS5 model in the United Kingdom, which has been set at 22.400 GBP.
According to the car manufacturer, future owners of the Citroen DS5 in the UK can choose between three trim levels, Dsign, Dstyle and Dsport, and the list of standard features goes from keyless access and start, to Bluetooth and USB connections, dual-zone climate control, cruise control, rain and light sensors and many more things. For the price of 22.400 GBP, future owners of the Citroen DS5 in the United Kingdom will get the e-HDI engine, which is developing a total output of 110 horsepower, and the Dsign equipment level.
For customers which are harder to satisfy, Citroen will also offer the 2012 DS5 model in two other trim levels, and the top of the line, Hybrid4 Dsport, will be available for 32.200 GBP, so the obvious question would be “why buy it when there are a lot of other choices out there?”. The car manufacturer has estimated that the average buyer of the 2012 Citroen DS5 is a 35+ male, but even so, the company is aware that the model is competing with more popular vehicles.
