The Italian based automaker Fiat has recently released the very first images and details with the updated version of the Ducato.
After announcing not too long ago that the Fiat Ducato will hit the North American market sometimes next year as the the model is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the carmaker releasing the very first images and details with the updated version of the 2012 Ducato. According to the car manufacturer, the 2012 Fiat Ducato has been designed to be the ultimate commercial vehicle and the model has no exterior styling changes but it can be ordered in approximately 2,000 different configurations.
The 2012 Fiat Ducato has a maximum payload capacity of 2,000 kg (4,410 lbs) and the cabin of the model is relatively sparse. The highlights include the refrigerated compartment, which can hold a 1.5-liter bottle, the optional Blue&Me TomTom LIVE navigation system or the chrome accents. Power to the 2012 Fiat Ducato is being provided by a 2.3 liter engine which is producing outputs of 110 HP (112 PS / 82 kW), 130 HP (132 PS / 97 kW) and 148 HP (150 PS / 110 kW). A 3.0 liter diesel is also available, with its 177 HP (179 PS / 132 kW) and 400 Nm of torque (295 lb-ft).
