The updated Infiniti FX, which is wearing the 2012 model year in its name, has went on sale in Europe for a starting price of 46,750 GBP.
According to Nissan’s luxury brand, the 2012 Infiniti FX has some mild updated on its exterior design, like the front grille, front bumper and illumination, along with a fresh set of 20-inch alloy wheels and new exterior colors. The 2012 Infiniti FX is available in two grades, the GT Premium and the S Premium, with the latter coming with smoked headlights, dark chrome exterior air vent, sill strip, red S badging, Continuous Damping Control, Rear Active Steering, except for the FX37 and 21-inch alloy wheels.
“Buyers love the way the FX looks and they love the way it drives so the last thing we are going to do is make changes for change’s sale. What we have done instead is focus on reinforcing FX DNA”, said the Infiniti vice president for Europe and Middle East, Bernard Loire.
Under the hood, the 2012 Infiniti FX is being offered with three engines, the 3.7 liter petrol V6 with 316 BHP on the FX37, the 3.0 liter V6 diesel with 235 BHP and 550 Nm of torque for the FX30d (31.4 mpg UK) and the 5.0 liter V8 on the FX50, with its 385 BHP.
