The German based automaker Mercedes-Benz will launch its 2012 model year ML63 AMG at this year’s Los Angeles Auto Show, the crossover being expected to be powered by a large 5.5 liter V8 engine which will be developing 518 HP, along with a bunch of visual upgrades.
There’s no official word yet on the 2012 ML63 AMG but rumors say that the hardcore version of the ML will be powered by the 5.5 liter twin-turbo V8 engine which will generate 518 horsepower. The 2012 ML63 AMG will stand out from the crowd, just like previous generations of the crossover, by its unique AMG design which will give it a more aggressive look.
Unfortunately this is all the details we know for now about the “new” Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG but more info on the powerful crossover will be known once the vehicle will be officially presented at the 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show, which will open its gates on November the 15.
As a reminder, the M-Class was originally presented back in 1997 as a 1998 model and the 2012 model year of the ML63 AMG will replace the W164 version introduced in 2006 at the North American International Auto Show.
