Mosler has released the first details about the 2012 Raptor.
Packing about 650 horsepower and weighing in the neighborhood of 2,500 pounds, Mosler’s director of engineering J. Todd Wagner told Automobile the Raptor is built to beat the Pagani Huayra.
It’s going to blow your mind. It gets a massive injection of sex appeal — in fact, I designed the nose after the face of the most beautiful, exotic woman I’ve ever seen.”
Where the Huayra’s interior is full of leather, carbon fiber and chrome, the Raptor’s interior will be little more than air conditioning, two race seats and a steering wheel.
For those who don’t know, Mosler Automotive is an American supercar manufacturer based in Florida. It was founded in 1985 by Warren Mosler as Consulier Industries, and manufactured the now-defunct Consulier GTP, which was later rebranded and updated as the Mosler Intruder/Raptor when the company spun off its automotive division as Mosler Automotive.
