The North American division of Nissan has announced the prices for the 2012 model-year mid-size pickup truck Frontier, and Pathfinder and Xterra SUVs, which have increased compared to the previous year.
The 2012 Nissan Frontier for the mid-size pickup truck segment comes with a new Sport Appearance Package and three exterior colors, for the price of $1.190, along with 18 inch alloy wheels, body colored front and rear bumpers, Dark Hyper Silver-finish front grille and unique graphics along its sides. The entry-level version is priced at $19.010, for the S King Cab 4×2 I4 5MT, and it can go up to $30.130 for the top of the line Pro-4X King Cab 4×4 V6 5AT. As for the engines available, customers can chose from the same 2.5 liter 152 HP I4 unit or the 4.0 liter V6 and 261 HP. The Crew Cab model starts at $23.020 for the S Crew Cab 4×2 V6 6MT version and can go up to $32.890 for the SL Crew Cab 4×4 LWB V6 5AT.
The 2012 Nissan Pathfinder comes with the 4.0 liter VQ-series V6 engine which is delivering 266 horsepower, mated to a five-speed automatic transmission, for all S, SV, LE and Silver Edition versions, while the LE V8 trim is powered by a 5.6 liter V8 engine, delivering 310 HP. The entry level version of the Pathfinder is priced at $29.380 for the Pathfinder S 4×2 V6 5AT and it goes up to $44.060 for the LE 4×4 V8 5AT.
The 2012 Xterra has minor changes and it comes with the 4.0 liter V6 engine, delivering 261 horsepower, available with a five-speed automatic or a six-speed manual transmission, and it’s priced at $25.070 for the entry level Xterra X 4×2 V6 5AT while the top of the line PRO-4X 4×4 V6 5AT costs $31.530.
