The German based automaker Porsche has recently launched its new generation of the iconic 911 in Romania, with the event being held at the Fratelli Club, in Bucharest.
Porsche has brought two examples of the car at the Romanian launch, the Carrera and the Carrera S, greeting the audience with the sound of the engines. The event was attended by Adrian Pascu, Porsche Brand Manager for Romania, and Dana Cortina, General Manager Porsche Romania. As we said in the first paragraph, the event was being held at Fratelli Club, in Bucharest.
As a reminder, the new Porsche 911 Carrera S is powered by a 3.8 liter boxer engine which is developing a total output of 394 horsepower, being able to accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 3.9 seconds and hitting a top speed of 302 km/h (188 mph), while burning an average of 8.7 liters every 100 km and emitting 206 g/km of CO2. The new generation of the Porsche Carrera S (991) can be bought for a starting price of 102.436 euros.
The newest entry-level Carrera is taking its power from a 3.4 liter boxer engine which is generating a total output of 345 HP and can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 4.4 seconds, with a top speed of 288 km/h (179 mph), being priced at 88.038 EUR.
