Indian manufacturer Tata Motors introduced the 2012 Nano Valentine Edition, launched in Goa and available only on the Nano CX with added features.
The five-door people mover model was launched in 2009 and met instant success sales. It was one of the most ambitious car projects for the car maker and most awaited car that India had ever seen. TATA, which also owns Jaguar Land Rover, exported the Nano in the US and Europe, though it’s busy enough keeping up with demand in India alone.
The special edition will have only 20 units and will be available in two colors, Rouge Red and Neon Rush (green), at the price of about $4,200 USD. As mentioned before the limited edition comes with added features such as: a Mobile phone along with a phone holder stand, integrated Tata Audio /MP3 System with USB, Remote Central locking, a Pen drive on which one can store your favorite songs, matting and mud flaps, fog lamps, air freshener, protective sun film and Valentine special exterior graphics. The new 2012 Nano is powered by a 624cc which now has a power output of 38Ps and 51 on Torque.
