The all-new Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster will produce an impressive 512 horsepower from its 6.0 liter V12 engine.
After pulling the wraps off the 2013 Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster not more than a week before writing this article, the British supercar is once again entering our news, this time with some interesting performance details. The 2013 Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster is swapping the Jaguar-based V8 found on the V8 Vantage for an in-house V12 engine which, with its 6.0 liter displacement, is developing a total output of 512 horsepower and it has a peak torque of 420 lb-ft, mated to a six-speed manual transmission which is sending power to the rear wheels.
Besides the mode powerful engine, the 2013 Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster will also get a strengthened body structure, necessary for the folding soft top, modified front and rear suspensions, revised luggage lid and a rear spoiler, along with carbon fiber mirror caps and side strakes, new forged alloy wheels, rear lamp black outer trim, black exhaust pipes and more. The Aston Martin V12 Vantage Roadster will be produced in a limited run of 101 units and its price will start at 150,000 GBP.
