The new generation of the powerful BMW M6 is being placed into the spotlights and even if the automaker didn’t plan this yet, the 2013 F13 model is the star of this article.

The BMW M6 F13 has already been spotted by spy photographers but thanks to much of the technology found beneath the exterior of the new 2013 F13 M6 comes from the current BMW M5 and, besides that, we really must admit that the model is quite sexy.

Rumors say that the 2013 BMW M6 F13 will be powered by the same engine as the current BMW M5, the 4.4 liter V8 unit, which is now generating a total output of 552 horsepower, but it’s more likely to go closer to the 600 HP mark in the new M6, mated to the same seven-speed M Double Clutch Transmission which should allow the vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in less than 4.5 seconds and hit a top speed of 300 km/h.

Sadly we don’t have any more details about the upcoming 2013 BMW M6 F13, but the model might be officially revealed sometimes next year, during an international auto show like Detroit, Geneva, Paris or Frankfurt.
