The North American based automaker Buick has placed its Encore model into the spotlights once again by teasing it ahead of the 2012 Detroit Motor Show.
According to the car manufacturer, the 2013 Buick Encore will be officially presented next month, at the 2012 North American International Auto Show in Detroit (NAIAS). Buick is continuing to release new teaser images of its Encore model, placing the model into everyone’s attention, until the crossover will debut in January, 2012. The latest photo released by the automaker is showing us more of the vehicle’s hood and roof, and it seems that Buick is doing a puzzle out of the 2013 Encore, after previously releasing an image which was showing part of a headlamp, grille, hood and fender.
“Encore joins a rapidly expanding family of Buick vehicles that has recently seen the additions of the Verano compact luxury sedan, the Regal GS sport sedan, and fuel-efficient eAssist ‘light electrification’ technology on both LaCrosse and Regal”, as Buick said in a statement.
As a reminder, the 2013 Buick Encore will be a five-passenger crossover with the “QuietTuning” technology and it will offer a similar feature and options package to the current Buick models. Sadly this is all we know for now about the 2013 Buick Encore but the manufacturer will present it next month in Detroit, and the model will go on sale in 2012.
