The 2013 Chevrolet Sonic RS has been recently launched in the United States, where the model has a base starting price of 20, 995 USD for the entry-level version.
After it was officially presented to the public not too long ago, the Chevrolet Sonic RS is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the North American based automaker announcing its price for the United States auto market. According to the car manufacturer, the base version of the Chevrolet Sonic RS is priced from 20,995 USD, for the six-speed manual transmission, while the six-speed automatic costs 22,280 USD, including the destination charge.
The Chevrolet Sonic RS is coming with different rocker moldings, a bespoke RS-specific grille, a new rear bumper, 17-inch alloy wheels, tilt-sliding sunroof with wind deflector and a choice of four paintjobs: the Victory Red, the Summit White, the Cyber Gray Metallic and the Black Granite Metallic. Under the hood, the Sonic RS is getting a 1.4 liter Ecotec turbo engine, which is developing a total output of 138 horsepower (140 PS / 103 kW), and it has a peak torque of 200 Nm (148 lb-ft). The Chevy Sonic RS is offered only as a five-door hatchback.
