The North American based automotive giant General Motors has recently announced the official starting price for the 2013 Chevrolet Spark, which has been set at 12, 995 USD.
According to the car manufacturer, the 2013 Chevrolet Spark will go on sale this summer and the standard LS model will be priced at 12,995 USD for the 1.2 liter Ecotec engine, five-speed manual transmission, air conditioning and power windows. The mi-level 1LT model will add features like the 7-inch color touch screen radio with the Chevy MyLink infotainment package, which is adding the audio controls on the steering wheel and Bluetooth connectivity, while the 2LT will add the heated front seats and fog lamps, amongst others.
“With the Spark, Chevrolet has the opportunity to connect with a new generation of car buyers who expect more from every product they purchase. So we wanted to make the process of choosing a Spark as simple as possible by reducing the number of stand-alone options and providing more standard content to each trim level at a competitive price”, said the CP of Chevrolet Global Marketing, Chris Perry.
The 2013 Chevrolet Spark will be available with 10 standard airbags and in five colors: techno pink, lemonade, denim, jalapeno and salsa. Besides the five-speed automatic transmission, future owners of the 2013 Spark will also be able to order the four-speed automatic for an extra 925 USD on all models.
