Dodge has announced its plans to introduce the 2013 Charger Daytona at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show on the 28th of November.
Chrysler Group LLC has big plans for this year’s Los Angeles Auto Show and after announcing some models which will make their debut at the automotive event, the latest one to enter our news is the so-called 2013 Dodge Charger Daytona. According to the North American based automaker, the Daytona is basically a styling pack for the current charger model and its coming with features like the black bonnet stripes, the unique spoiler, the vinyl roof wrap or the aluminum alloy wheels.
The interior design of the 2013 Dodge Charger will also be updated with the Daytona package, which is adding the Nappa leather and suede for the seats, the Beats Audio system, the Mopar chrome effect pedal kit and some other minor tweaks. The Charger comes in Pitch Black, in Bright White, in Billet Silver or in Daytona Blue. Power to the muscle car is being provided by a 5.7 liter V8 engine, which remains standard at 370 NHP and 395 lb-ft of torque, mated to a five-speed automatic transmission. Only 2,500 Daytonas will be produced, all of them aimed towards the North American market, being priced from 32,495 USD.
