The Fiat 500L will be the first production vehicle to have its own Espresso machine, as the Italian based automaker has recently announced.
According to the car manufacturer, the Fiat 500L has been developed by the Italian coffee maker Lavazza and the “Coffee Experience” is actually a kit which is boiling water and steeping individual serving pod of coffee. Fiat is saying that this is the first production car in the world to get its own Espresso machine. The 201 Fiat 500L will debut in Europe at the end of this year and it’s expected to be shipped over to the Unites States too in 2013.
The 2013 Fiat 500L will get two petrol engines and a diesel, but the lineup will be expanded in 2013. The model will get a 95 HP 1.4 liter unit, a 105 HP 0.9 TwinAir and the 85 HP 1.3 Multijet. Four configurations will be available for the Fiat 500L, the Pop, the Star, the Easy and the Lounge and the model will get 11 body colors and 3 variants for the roof. The Fiat 500L is 4,140 mm long, 1,780 mm wide and 1,660 mm tall, being made on the company’s Small U.S. Wide platform (SUSW), which is also underpinning models like the compact Jeep crossover and replacements for the Fiat Palio and Fiat Punto.
