Ford Motor Company has recently announced the official starting price of the 2013 Explorer Sport, which has been set at 40, 720 USD, without the 825 USD destination charge.
According to the North American based automaker, the most powerful engine found on the 2013 Ford Explorer Sport is the 3.5 liter twin turbocharged EcoBoost V6, which is developing “at least 350 horsepower”, allowing the model to return 16 mpg (14.7 liters / 100 km) in the city and 22 mpg on the highway (10.7 liters / 100 km). The 2013 Ford Explorer Sport is now riding on a fresh set of 20-inch alloy wheels and the black trim accents on the outside have been revised.
The 2013 Ford Explorer Sport is adding a revised front fascia, tinted lighting units, gloss black trim and the 20-inch alloy wheels mentioned earlier, and the cabin of the crossover has been equipped with a dual-zone climate control, with the Myford infotainment system, a Sony audio system, illuminated scuff plates, black leather seats and “technical look trim”. The 2013 Ford Explorer Sport has been officially revealed back in March, 2012.
