The North American based automaker Ford has recently pulled the wraps off the 2013 F-150 SVT Raptor, revealing some modest updates to the vehicle.
As you can see from the images posted below this article, the 2013 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor is coming with some modest updates to its exterior design where we can name the optional HID headlights or the forged-aluminum wheels which can be equipped with aftermarket beadlocks.
“The Raptor’s wheels are unique because converting from conventional rim to beadlock only requires that customers unbolt the standard outer decorative ring, dismount the tire from its regular position and then remount the tire in the lock-enabled position with the available beadlock ring kit from Ford Racing”, as Ford is saying in its official press release.
The cabin of the 2013 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor hasn’t been left aside either by the company’s designers and this is now coming with a revised instrument cluster which is also housing a 4.2 inch multi-function LCD display and the truck can also get the MyFord Touch infotainment system with an 8-inch touch screen and a voice-activated navigation system.
The 2013 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor is taking its power from a 6.2 liter V8 engine which is developing a total output of 411 horsepower and 434 lb-ft of torque (588 Nm), mated to a six-speed automatic transmission which is sending power to the all-wheel drive system. More details on the 2013 Ford F-150 SVT Raptor will be announced later on this year.
