The 2013 Ford Fiesta is finally here and after the model should have been introduced a few years ago, we now at least have some real images of it.
As you can see from the images posted below this article in the photo gallery, the 2013 Ford Fiesta ST isn’t that radical, but then again, neither version of the Fiesta ST has been. The new generation of the Ford Fiesta ST is having some subtle modifications to the body, which make it quite appealing, but the most important change is under its hood. The 2013 Ford Fiesta ST will be powered by a 1.6 liter EcoBoost engine, which will be developing 180 horsepower, and it will replace the former 2.0 liter aspirated unit with its 150 horsepower.
More power from a downsized engine was something obvious and its competition is also doing it. The 2013 Ford Fiesta ST is getting ready to take on models like the Volkswagen Polo GTI again and the next generation of the Renault Clio, which is also expected to get a downsized engine with a turbo, to generate over 200 horsepower. There aren’t any official details on the 2013 Ford Fiesta ST yet, but until the model hits the market you can watch the images in the photo gallery below. Enjoy!
