The North American based automaker Ford has recently announced that the 2013 Focus ST has made its debut in 40 countries around the world, help stuff in both five-door hatchback and estate forms.
After being officially presented to the public in a world premiere last year in September during the Paris Motor Show, the new generation of the Ford Focus ST is once again being placed into the spotlights, this time with the car manufacturer announcing its debut in five-door hatchback and estate forms in over 40 countries around the world. Even if the hot hatch has just made its debut on the market, deliveries of the model will begin in September, so its future customers will have to wait just a little more.
As a quick reminder, the 2013 Ford Focus ST is being powered by the 2.0 liter four-cylinder turbo engine, which is producing 250 horsepower and it has a peak torque of 265 lb-ft. The hot hatch’s unit is mated to a six-speed manual transmission which is allowing the Ford Focus ST to accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 6.5 seconds, before reaching its electronically limited top speed of 155 mph. The new generation of the Ford Focus ST has a starting price of 24,495 USD on its local auto market.
