The 2013 Ford Kuga will make its Australian debut at the 2012 Sydney Motor Show, along with the 1.0L EcoBoost engine.
According to the North American based automaker, the 2013 Ford Kuga will be launched on the Australian auto market soon and the crossover will be officially presented to the public in the country at the Sydney Motor Show. Besides the Ford Kuga, the company will also bring the “2012 Engine of the Year” 1.0 liter EcoBoost to the same automotive event, where it will make its debut under the hood of the new EcoSport, with its 125 HP and 170 Nm of torque from the 3-cylinder unit.
The all-new Ford Kuga is coming with a similar look to the US-spec Escape, with prominent air vents, a slender grille and an aggressive front fascia. The cabin of the model is getting metallic accents, black trim and it’s showing an increased size translated into 82 liters added to the luggage space. A 2.0 liter TDCi engine, in two outputs, will probably be available for the Kuga, with 138 HP and 161 HP, along with a 1.6 liter EcoBoost with 173 HP. Additional details on the Australian Ford Kuga will be announced during the Sydney Motor Show.
