The Japanese based automaker Honda has recently released the first official images with the 2013 Accord Coupe model.
After pulling the wraps off the new generation of the Honda Accord sedan just a day before writing this article, the model is being placed into the spotlights once more, this time with the help of the Accord Coupe body style and the first official images with the model. The two-door version of the 2013 Accord looks similar to the outgoing model but it comes with unique lower fascias with recessed lighting, which is more noticeable in the rear.
Just like in the sedan version, the 2013 Honda Accord Coupe will be powered by the same three engines, the new 2.4 liter inline four-cylinder with direct injection, which will develop at least 181 HP mated to a CVT or a six-speed manual, or the larger 3.5 liter V6 with its 271 HP, mated to a six-speed automatic or a six-speed manual transmission. There is no official word yet on whether the plug-in hybrid will be offered on the Accord Coupe too. More details about the 2013 Honda Accord will be announced shortly.
