2013 Land Rover Defender is getting minor changes image

The 2013 Land Rover Defender is getting some minor changes at the British based automaker has recently announced.

According to the car company, the 2013 Land Rover Defender is now available with two new exterior colors, named the Havana and the Barolo Black, and a variety of contrasting roofs, lik the Firenze Red, Orkney Grey, Indus Silver, Santorini Black and Fuji White. The cabin hasn’t been left aside by the company either and this is now getting new leather / fabric seats, an optional Alpine audio system with a subwoofer and Bluetooth connectivity, amongst others.

The 2013 Land Rover Defender is getting the same engine options as the 2012 model year and this includes the new EU5 2.2 liter diesel engine, with 120 HP and 360 Nm of torque, which is replacing the 2.4 liter unit, and it’s allowing the crossover to reach a top speed of 145 km/h (90 mph). The 2013 Land Rover Defender will go on sale in the United Kingdom this month, and its future customers will have to pay 22,350 pounds for the entry-level version, before being able to take it home.
