Mazda has recently pulled the wraps off the 2013 CX-9 facelift ahead of its official debut next month during the Australian International Motor Show.
According to the Japanese based automaker, the facelifted version of the Mazda CX-9 is adopting the KODO design theme with Zoom-Zoom driving dynamics and some other features which should make it appealing to its future customers. Mazda says that the 2013 CX-9 facelift is coming with three rows of seats, along with the High Beam Control, Forward Obstruction Warning and the Lane Departure warning.
Besides these, the facelifted version of the Mazda CX-9 is also fitted with an updated audio system with speech recognition and revised navigation systems. Despite the fact that the Mazda CX-9 has received some updates to its exterior design and more features in the cabin which will make life easier for its future owners, the Japanese based automaker is still offering the crossover with the same engine lineup.
In Australia, the 2013 Mazda CX-9 will be sold only with the 3.7 liter V6 engine, mated to a six-speed automatic transmission, which is basically the same as the outgoing model. More details on the 2013 Mazda CX-9 will be announced at the Australian International Motor Show next month.
