The 2013 MINI John Cooper Works GP is powered by a 1.6 liter turbocharged engine, which is producing a total output of 216 BHP and it has a peak torque of 207 lb-ft. The model can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 6.3 seconds before reaching a top speed of 150 mph. MINI didn’t announce how many units of the new John Cooper Works GP will be available in the United States but the fact is that only 2000 units have been launched worldwide, out of which 200 will be sold in the United Kingdom.
