The new generation of the Porsche 911 GT3 is expected to be the most powerful version yet, with a redline starting at 9,000 rpm and 450 HP produced from its engine.
After it was spied a lot of times across the Old Continent mostly back in 2012, the upcoming generation of the Porsche 911 GT3 is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with more details surfacing on the sports car. According to Rennlist, the 2013 Porsche 911 GT3 will be the fastest and most extreme version of the sports car yet and its tachometer will go all the way up to 10,000 rpm and the redline will start at 9,000 rpm.
Our source is saying that the 2013 Porsche 911 GT3 will use a 3.8 liter V6 engine which will be tweaked in order to produce a total output of more than 450 HP (335 kW). The model will get the same chassis as the Carrera 4 and it will get 20-inch rims and the rear wing. Additional details on the 2013 Porsche 911 GT3 are limited for the moment and will be announced sometimes this year, during its debut.
