The new generation of the Range Rover has been recently launched in Romania where the luxury SUV can be bought from 94, 116 euros for the entry-level version.
After it was officially presented to the public during the 2012 Paris Motor Show in a world premiere, the new generation of the Range Rover is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the British based automaker announcing its launch in Romania. According to the company, the 2013 Range Rover can be bought from 94,116 euros, VAT included, and for the money customers will get the TDV6 3.0 liter diesel engine which is producing 258 HP.
If this isn’t enough for you, the TDV8 4.4 liter diesel engine is also available, which is developing 339 HP. A 5.0 liter petrol unit, with 510 HP, can also be ordered. The 0 to 100 km/h acceleration will be over in 5.2 seconds in this variant. Land Rover is getting ready to launch a diesel hybrid version of the TDV6 next year, but more details on this will be announced later on. When compared to its rivals, the Range Rover TDV6 is more expensive than the Audi Q7 3.0 TDI (57,100 euros), or the Porsche Cayenne 3.0TD (68,806 euros). More details on the new Range Rover here.
