Renault has announced that the 2013 Espace facelift has been launched in France, where the model has a starting price of 35, 700 euros.
After it was officially revealed last month, the 2013 Renault Espace facelift is highlighted once more by the French based automaker who has announced the starting price for the model on its local auto market. According to the car manufacturer, the 2013 Renault Espace has a base price of 35,700 euros while the 2013 Renault Grand Espace is starting at 36,900 euros.
Standard equipment included in the refreshed Renault Espace includes the panoramic glass roof, two seven-inch screens incorporated into the front head rests, DVD/DivX player, Carminat TomTom Live navigation, electronic parking brake, hands-free card, Bluetooth and alloy wheels. Renault says that the 2.0 liter dCi diesel engine is now emitting just 150 g/km of CO2, 20 g/km less than the previous version, and the fuel consumption has dropped to 5.7 liters every 100 km.
When mated to the automatic transmission, the engine is producing 169 g/km of CO2 and it’s burning an average of 6.4 liters every 100 km. The 2.0 liter dCi engine is available in three outputs, 130 HP, 150 HP and 175 HP, with the latter being available only with the six-speed automatic transmission. The 2013 Renault Espace is already available to order at dealerships across France.
