The French based automaker Renault has recently released a teaser image with the 2013 Talisman sedan, ahead of the model’s official debut at the 2012 Beijing Motor Show in April.
After Renault has taken over Geneva Motor Show, the car manufacturer is getting ready to attract some new customers into the brand from China, and with the 2012 Beijing Motor Show coming in pretty fast, the company is getting into the game. Even if the 2013 Renault Talisman has been teased ahead of its debut, the car company didn’t release a lot of details about it, but the model is expected to become available only on the local auto market.
Rumors say that the 2013 Renault Talisman will be powered by a 2.5 liter V6 engine, which will develop a total output of 187 horsepower and a peak torque of 243 Nm (179 lb-ft), but a 3.5 liter V6 will also be available, with its 254 horsepower and 330 Nm of torque (243 lb-ft). The 2013 Renault Talisman will hit the local market as a rebadged version of the Samsung SM7 and it will be a large sedan with a conservative styling and an elegant interior. More details about it will be announced at the 2012 Beijing Motor Show on the 23rd of April, when the automotive event will open its gates.
