Scion has recently announced the official price lists for the 2013 iQ and xD models, which have been set at $16, 140 and $16, 500.
According to the car manufacturer, the 2013 Scion iQ can be bought in the company’s dealerships over-seas starting at 16,140 USD, including the $755 destination charge, being $145 more expensive than the 2012 Scion iQ and also more expensive than one of its main competitors on the local market, the 2013 Ford Fiesta, which has been priced at 14,995 USD, including the $795 destination charge, or the 2012 Chevrolet Sonic LS hatchback, which costs $15,560, including a $795 destination charge. The 2013 Scion iQ is getting extra rear deck box cover, rear speakers and a tray under the front passenger seat.
Moving on to the 2013 Scion xD we find out that this model can be bought starting at 16,500, including a $755 destination charge, being $125 more expensive than the 2012 Scion xD. The updated Scion xD is getting additional airbags, a two-tone exterior paint treatment, combining Blue Streak Metallic and Black Sand Pearl, smoked color headlight housing and that’s about all. The 2013 Scion xD pricing becomes effective starting with the 1st of August.
