Shelby American has recently pulled the wraps off its latest creation, the 2013 GT 350, which is coming in two body styles, some interesting features and an impressive engine.
According to the over-seas company, the new 2013 Shelby GT350 can be ordered by its future customers in two body styles, coupe or convertible, and the updated model is now coming with an extended color palette, a new rear valance, Recaro seats, a fresh set of wheels and an optional panoramic glass roof. Future owners of the 2013 Shelby GT350 can also order a cold air intake, a one-piece driveshaft, a color-coordinated billet aluminum engine cap set and high-performance brakes, in order to make their new ride stand out of the crowd.
The 2013 Shelby GT350 is powered by a 5.0 liter naturally aspirated engine, which is developing a total output of 430 horsepower. If 430 HP isn’t enough four, the engine can be equipped with a supercharger which takes the total output up to 525 HP or even to 624 HP. The unit is mated to a six-speed manual transmission as standard, but a six-speed automatic can be ordered as an option. Shelby American didn’t say anything about the 2013 GT350’s performance but we know its starting price, which has been set at $26,995.
