Subaru has launched the 2013 Forester XT in Australia recently, where the model is available from 43,490 AUD.
The 2013 Subaru Forster XT versions will only become available to their future customers with the Linetronic CVT transmission with paddle shifters. According to the car manufacturer, the model is getting rearview camera, electric sunroof, Subaru Intelligent Drive, sports pedals, dual zone climate control, X-mode, silver roof rails, 18-inch alloy wheels and more. If the top of the line 2.0 XT is what you’re into, than you should know that this costs 50,490 AU. The mode is adding a push-button start, eight-speaker Harman Kardon audio system, electrically operated tailgate, leather trim, EyeSight driver assist, auto headlights, rain sensing wipers, sat-nav and more.
Subaru says that the 2013 Forester XT is coming with a 2.0 liter engine instead of the previous 2.5 liter unit, which is now producing a total output of 177 kW and it has a peak torque of 350 Nm. This is a significant increase considering the downsizing. Fuel consumption stands at 10.5 L / 100 km when filled with premium unleaded. The towing capacity of the 2013 Forester XT has increased to 1,800 kg.
