The 2013 Toyota Mark X has been recently revealed in Japan, where the model has a base starting price of 2, 440,000 yen set for the entry-level version.
According to the Japanese based automaker, the 2013 Toyota Mark X is actually a facelift for the model and it’s now getting an aggressive front fascia with LED infused headlights, a prominent grille, bulging fenders, trunk spoiler and others. Toyota says that the entry-level version of the 2013 Mark X isn’t getting a lot of standard features, but upper grades are adding leather upholstery, stainless steel door sill plates, heated front seats, infotainment system, 12-speaker audio system, TV tuner or a GPS navigation system.
The 2013 Toyota Mark X is getting a choice of two engines, the 2.5 liter V6, which is producing a total output of 200 HP (203 PS / 149 kW) and it has a peak torque of 243 Nm (179 lb-ft), along with a 3.5 liter V6, generating 314 HP (318 PS / 234 kW) and 380 Nm of torque. Both units can be mated to a six-speed automatic transmission. The Mark X is coming with rear-wheel drive as standard and with all-wheel drive available as an option. The model is 4,750 mm long, 1,795 mm wide and 1,435 mm tall, with a wheelbase of 2,850 mm.
