The 2013 Toyota RAV4 has recently leaked in a few images which are revealing the model with no camouflage on its body ahead of its public debut at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show.
After it was officially announced for the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show and even teased for the North American automotive event just a few weeks ago, the 2013 Toyota RAV4 is ending up in our news once again, this time with the “help” of a few images which are revealing its lines. The 2013 Toyota RAV4 has a sportier front fascia, a plastic lower insert, distinctive headlights, a tailgate mounted spoiler, wraparound taillamps and a sloping roof line.
The 2013 Toyota RAV4 will ride on an updated version of the current platform and its engine lineup is expected to be carried over from the outgoing model, meaning that the 2.5 liter four-cylinder unit, with its 178 BHP, along with the 3.5 liter V6 unit, producing a total output of 268 BHP, will make their way on the new model. Future owners of the new RAV4 will be able to choose between front-wheel and all-wheel drive. Additional details on the 2013 Toyota RAV4 will be announced at the 2012 Los Angeles Auto Show on the 28th of November.
