Toyota will introduce a refreshed version of the Venza crossover at this year’s New York Auto Show in April.
According to the Japanese based automaker, the “new” Toyota Venza will wear the 2013 model year in its name, which means that the crossover will hit the market sometimes this year. The 2013 Toyota Venza will come with a reshaped front and fascias, which means redesigned lower grille, upper grille, fog lamps and taillight, along with new 19-inch alloy wheels. Three new colors will also be offered on the 2013 Toyota Venza, the Cosmic Gray Mica, the Cypress Pearl and the Attitude Black.
Toyota says that the “new” Venza will get the company’s Entune suite of multi-media features, which should be enough to satisfy its future customers. The crossover will also come with a revised feature lis and option packages, but the Entune will be offered in the middle Venza XLE trim level and in top levels, the model will get the Premium hard-disk-based navigation system and JBL sound system, along with the Entune.
Under the hood, the 2013 Toyota Venza will be offered, just like before, with a four-cylinder or V6 for the base LE, while the other versions, the XLE and Limited will only get the V6 unit. More details on the 2013 Toyota Venza will be announced at the 2012 New York Auto Show in April.
