Acura has recently launched the 2014 ILX in the United States, where the updated model is now available to its future customers from 26,900 USD.
The 2014 Acura ILX is coming with some interesting updates. The model has heated front seats, leather upholstery, an eight-way adjustable driver’s seat, an audio system with a noise cancellation technology, a rear view camera, 17-inch alloy wheels and much more. The 2014 Acura ILX is also getting the keyless access system with smart entry and push start button, the Pandora interface, SMS text messaging, the Premium Package and the Technology Package.
These upgrades will price the 2014 Acura ILX at 26,900 USD, which actually represents a 1,000 USD increase over the 2013 model year. The 2014 Acura ILX is still being offered with a choice of two engines, the 2.0 liter four-cylinder standard unit, which is producing a total output of 150 HP, delivering 28 mph (US) on a combined cycle, or with a larger 2.4 liter four-cylinder unit, producing 201 HP. This is mated to a six-speed manual transmission and it’s returning 25 mpg US. The model will go on sale across the U.S. starting with the 15th of May.
