Two new Jeep Cherokee based concepts have been introduced in China, the Cherokee Urbane and the Sageland.
Besides introducing two concepts based on the Wrangler, the company has also pulled the wraps off two new Cherokee concept vehicles. Jeep says that the new Cherokee Sageland Concept has received an ivory tri-coat pearl with bronze grille collars, a satin bronze chrome for the exhaust tips, for the sunroof, roof rack and door mirror caps, the Nappa leather neutral gray seats with some red and blue accent stitching in the cabin and some other minor tweaks.
The Cherokee Urbane is finished in a metallic paint with some black accents and it also has the Nappa leather in the cabin, with a dark red finish and red accents stitching. The interior design of the model is also getting unique floor mats, with a decorative pattern, inspired by traditional Chinese windows. Jeep didn’t release any powertrain specifications for these two models, but the production version can get either a 2.4 liter MultiAir or a larger 3.2 liter V6 Pentastar. Both engines are getting a 9-speed automatic transmission.
