More images with the brand new 2014 Cadillac CTS have recently ended up on the web, showing the model’s design ahead of its public debut scheduled for New York.
Keeping a model a secret for weeks and months can be hard sometimes and Cadillac has learned this the hard way, with the 2014 CTS leaking almost every day. After it was revealed by accident just a day before writing this news, the 2014 Cadillac CTS is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the help of more images, which are showing even more than the previous ones.
The 2014 Cadillac CTS will be powered by a 3.6 liter twin turbo V6 engine, which will produce a total output of 420 BHP (313 kW) and 430 lb-ft of torque (583 Nm). These figures have been achieved thanks to the twin turbochargers, the direct injection, the integrated charge air cooler system, the cabuum-actuated wastegates, the domed aluminum pistons and more. The new Cadillac CTS will be able to sprint from 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in approximately 4.6 seconds and reach a top speed of 170 mph (274 km/h) with this engine. A 2.0 liter turbocharged with four cylinders and 272 BHP will also be offered for the model.
