The North American based automaker Chevrolet has recently announced its plans to introduce the 2014 Camaro Convertible next month, during the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show.
Good news for Europeans looking to buy a convertible American muscle car, as GM will introduce the 2014 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible at the 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show, in a premiere. The announcement has been made recently an in order to place the model into the spotlights, a couple of images have been released, showing the muscle car’s lines topless, and not only.
“Camaro has always been associated with iconic design, high performance and driving fun, and we are particularly proud of the new coupe and convertible models. They incorporate new high-tech features that add extra convenience and give customers even more value for their money”, said the Chevrolet Europe managing director and president, Thomas Sedran.
The 2014 Chevrolet Camaro Convertible will get different front and rear bumpers, redesigned headlights and taillights, the MyLink infotainment system with 7-inch touch screen display, USB, AUX, Bluetooth and more. Power will be provided by a 6.2 liter V8 engine which will be good for 432 HP (318 kW) and 569 Nm of torque (420 lb-ft), enough for a 0 to 100 km/h sprint made in 5.4 seconds. Prices for the Camaro Convertible will be set at 44,990 EUR in Germany.
