2014 Chevrolet Corvette unveiled in sketches

The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette might be revealed in the sketches posted below which have surfaced on the Corvette Forum.

After it was teased a couple of times and with the front fascia leaking just a few days ago, the future generation of the Chevrolet Corvette, which is wearing the 2014 model year in its name, is ending up in our news once again, this time with the “help” of some sketches. The images posted below have surfaced on the Corvette Forum and they might just reveal the final production version of the model.

The 2014 Chevrolet Corvette will be powered by a 6.2 liter LT1 V8 engine, which will produce a total output of 450 BHP (336 kW) and it will have 450 lb-ft of torque (609 Nm). This will allow the sports car to sprint from 0 to 60 mph in less than four seconds. The model should return 26+ mpg on the highway.

Unfortunately we don’t have any more details on the future generation of the 2014 Chevrolet Corvette so we will have to wait for the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit, where the sports car will be presented to the public, in order to find out more on it. Rumors are saying that the model might be unveiled on the 13th of January, one day before the Detroit Motor Show will open its gates.
