General Motors has recently announced the official price list for the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and for the 2014 GMC Sierra.
After they were officially unveiled just a few months ago, in a premiere, the new generations of the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado and the 2014 GMC Sierra are entering our news once again, this time with the North American based automaker announcing their official price list. According to GM, the new Silverado will have a base price set at 24,585 USD for the regular cab, 28,610 USD for the double cab and 32,710 USD for the crew cab.
Its brother, however, will cost 25,085 USD for the regular cab, 29,110 USD for the double cab and 33,210 USD for the crew cab. The two models will arrive at dealerships this spring and they will also get a brand new 5.3 liter EcoTec V8 engine under their hoods. The unit is good for 355 BHP (265 kW) and 383 lb-ft of torque (518 Nm), 40 BHP (30 kW) and 48 lb-ft (65 Nm) more than the current V8. The payload capacity will stand at 2,102 pounds (953 kg) and the tow rating will be up to 11,500 pounds (5,216 kg). Fuel economy will stand at 16/23/19 mpg in city / highway / combined.
