Chevrolet has released a second teaser image with the next generation of the Silverado which will go into production next year.
After releasing the very first teaser image with the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado prototype earlier this year and with the model getting a new High Country top of the line version, announced a week ago, the model is being placed into the spotlights once again, this time with the North American based automaker releasing yet a second teaser image. Rumors are saying that the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado will probably get the next-gen V8 engine with possible cylinder deactivation system and direct injection, but there is no official word on this for the moment.
No much is known about the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado except for the fact that the model is currently undergoing testing at the company’s proving grounds in Yuma, Arizona. The upcoming Chevrolet Silverado will go into production next year and it should have an evolutionary design with prominent headlights, vertical taillights and a larger grille. Some aerodynamic improvements are also expected which will increase the fuel efficiency. Additional details on the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado are unknown for the moment and will be announced close to its market debut in 2013.
