Citroen has recently pulled the wraps off the 2014 C4 Picasso, after the model has leaked in some images just a few hours ago.
The brand new 2014 Citroen C4 Picasso seems to have a front fascia inspired by the upgraded Jeep models, but maybe that’s just me. The vehicle is 4,430mm long, 1,830mm wide and 1,610mm tall, and it’s 40 mm shorter in length and it stands 50 mm lower in height compared to the outgoing version. The wheelbase of the model is 55 mm longer now, at 2,785 mm and its front end is now 70 mm shorter. An additional 40 liters of boot space are now available in the upgraded C4 Picasso.
The 2014 Citroen C4 Picasso is now getting a larger 12-inch HD screen for the instrument panel, which can be used for numerous things, the three individual rear seats can be moved and configured independently and as for the “goodies” list, we can mention the two-tone color options for the seats, dashboard and doors, the 7-inch touch screen which is allowing the driver and passenger to control all in-car functions from the air conditioning to the navigation, audio and driving aids, and more.
The new Citroen C4 Picasso is the first compact MPV which is emitting less than 100 g/km of CO2 with its internal combustion engine. The model is riding on the EMP2 made by PSA, which is saving 70 kg in weight. Engine options include the e-HDi Airdream with 91 HP and start/stop system, the 113 HP diesel, the 118 HP VTi and the 154 HP THP.
