The North American based automotive giant, Chrysler Group LLC, is planning to put the facelifted version of the 2014 Dodge Durango into production starting with May.
Even if we have already seen the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee a few weeks back, in its regular and high performance versions, we haven’t heard anything yet about the 2014 Dodge Durango facelift, but it seems that the model hasn’t been left aside by its mother company and in fact Chrysler has big plans for it. The facelifted version of the Dodge Durango, which is wearing the 2014 model year in its name, is said to enter production in a few months, in May, to be more specific.
The announcement hasn’t been made by the car manufacturer and in fact Chrysler is trying to keep it a secret for the moment, but as we all know, in the automotive media rumors are travelling quite fast. According to the guys at Allpar, the 2014 Dodge Durango will enter production in May and the model has a good chance to make its public debut during the 2013 New York Auto Show, which will start on the 27th of March. The crossover is expected to get modified front fascia and rear end, a revised tailgate, an updated interior design and the same engines and transmissions, along with a brand new 8-speed automatic.
