Ford Australia has released a new teaser image with the last Falcon edition, the 2014 version, which will be officially unveiled soon.
The second teaser image with the 2014 Ford Falcon has been recently released by the car manufacturer. The model in question will be the last version produced in Australia as the carmaker will withdraw from the Pacific country and shut down its production facilities by the end of October, 2016. The first teaser image of the above mentioned model has shown us a part of the front fascia and now the company is teasing the vehicle’s rear end.
In the teaser image we can notice the new taillights which seem to be inspired by the ones of the Jaguar XF. Keep in mind that the 2014 Ford Falcon is not a new generation of the model but just an updated version of the current one which is getting some Mondeo / Fusion influences. The same engine lineup will be equipping the updated Ford Falcon and this means that we will see the 2.0 liter EcoBoost with four cylinders, the 4.0L inline six-cylinder and the top of the line 5.0 liter V8 supercharged. The 2015 Ford Falcon will be unveiled in a few weeks and it will go on sale this November.
